Simple fees. You set the rates.
Parkvil is not a membership plan. Owners publish the price. Drivers pay that price plus a 10% booking fee. Accounts are free to create.
What drivers pay
10% booking fee
Added on the owner's listed parking price. You see the full total - rate, fee, and any local tax - before you pay.
Owners set the hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rate you see on the listing.- Parkvil adds a 10% booking fee on that parking price.
- Local parking taxes may apply in some cities and are shown before you pay.
- Pay by card after the owner accepts. There is no cash at the curb.

Booking plans
Owners can offer one or more of these. Drivers search by the plan they need.
Hourly
Pay for the hours you need. Good for short stops.
Daily
A full-day rate when you need the space longer.
Weekly
A week at a time for commuting or visits.
Monthly
A longer stay with a monthly rate set by the owner.
Included with every stay
Secure card payments
Pay online through our payment partner. Parkvil does not ask you to pay the owner in cash.
Owner approval
Every request waits for the owner (90 seconds). You pay after they accept, before the 180-second slot lock ends.
Refunds on blockouts
If an owner blocks a booked date, hourly stays are cancelled with an 80% refund. Longer plans keep remaining days, with a per-day refund.
